Have never been around the G5622T, so can't comment on them. The Gretsch intonated far better and the Epi’s truss rod would not change the relief. The Gretsch had stunning fret work, a great feeling fingerboard and a beautifully shaped neck. I'm a hollowbody person myself and have a G5420T and G5422T. The Epi felt like a toy and did not give me a great feel regarding the neck and fingerboard, the Gretsch excelled in both of those. The Casino Coupe is the legendary Casino reborn in an ES-339 body size. Great idea asking questions before the purchase.
